Le programme s'articule autour de cinq objectifs d'apprentissage majeurs, qui traitent des principaux obstacles rencontr\u00e9s par chaque organisation dans la r\u00e9alisation de ses objectifs strat\u00e9giques :<\/p>

  1. D\u00e9velopper l'excellence p\u00e9dagogique<\/strong>- Renforcer la compr\u00e9hension par les organisations de la science de l'enseignement et de l'apprentissage, et de la mani\u00e8re de traduire efficacement cette science dans la pratique et la programmation en classe.<\/li>
  2. Travailler avec le gouvernement<\/strong> - Aider les organisations \u00e0 concevoir des programmes \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle et \u00e0 travailler efficacement avec les gouvernements.<\/li>
  3. Construire et diriger une organisation<\/strong> - Renforcer les strat\u00e9gies de gestion des talents des organisations pour garantir l'alignement sur les besoins de l'organisation et du march\u00e9.<\/li>
  4. Renforcer la gestion et le leadership d\u2019une organisation<\/strong>\u2013 Renforcer les strat\u00e9gies de gestion des talents des organisations pour garantir un alignement avec les besoins organisationnels et du secteur.<\/li>
  5. Utiliser et produire des preuves <\/strong>Construire l'excellence p\u00e9dagogique - Renforcer la compr\u00e9hension des organisations en mati\u00e8re de science de l'enseignement et de l'apprentissage et les aider \u00e0 mieux comprendre comment traduire cela plus efficacement dans les pratiques p\u00e9dagogiques et dans leurs programmes de mani\u00e8re plus g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.<\/li><\/ol>

    L'apprentissage se fera par le biais de voyages d'\u00e9tude, de cours d\u2019experts, d'ateliers, de conf\u00e9rences, de coaching, d'aide au conseil et d'assistance technique, en mettant l'accent sur la collaboration et l'apprentissage par les pairs au sein de la cohorte.<\/p>

    Le programme comprendra \u00e9galement un fonds d'innovation. Ce fonds central permet aux partenaires de la Daara de proposer et de soumissionner pour des projets de collaboration visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les r\u00e9sultats de l'apprentissage fondamental. En fin de compte, la Daara vise \u00e0 mieux \u00e9quiper les organisations locales d'Afrique subsaharienne afin qu'elles puissent mener la transformation de l'\u00e9ducation pour les enfants en Afrique, ce qui se traduira par une am\u00e9lioration radicale des r\u00e9sultats d'apprentissage.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    LEARNING GOALS BUILDING PEDAGOGICAL EXCELLENCE Strengthening understanding of the science of teaching and learning, translating into classroom practices. WORKING WITH GOVERNMENT Designing programs for scale, working effectively with government, using data to build a case. BUILDING AND LEADING AN ORGANISATION Developing a talent management strategy fit for your organisation and your market. STRENGTHENING FUND RAISING CAPABILITY Defining a value proposition, understanding and engaging with the funder landscape, developing excellent proposals and budgets. USING AND GENERATING EVIDENCE Gathering and using evidence and learning to inform programming, demonstrating impact, communicating successes. Learning Goals The program has five primary learning goals, addressing the biggest barriers faced by each organization in achieving its strategic aims: Building pedagogical excellence\u2013 Strengthening organizations\u2019 understanding of the science of teaching and learning, and how to effectively translate this into classroom practice and programming. Working with government \u2013 Supporting organizations to design programs for scalability and work effectively with governments. Building and leading an organisation \u2013 Reinforcing organizations\u2019 talent management strategies to ensure alignment with organizational and market needs. Strengthening fundraising capability\u2013 Supporting organizations to enhance their understanding of and engagement with the funding landscape. Using and generating evidence \u2013 Solidifying organizations\u2019 approaches to leveraging data to ensure programming and impact are evidence-driven. Learning will take place through study tours, expert lectures, workshops, conferences, coaching, consultancy support, and technical assistance, with a focus on collaboration and peer learning among the cohort. The program will also include an Innovation Fund.
