conception, de la mise en \u0153uvre et de l'\u00e9valuation des initiatives en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9ducation en encourageant les partenariats \u00e9volutifs. Bien que le TEP travaille dans plusieurs domaines - notamment le d\u00e9veloppement des capacit\u00e9s, la recherche, le suivi, l'\u00e9valuation et l'apprentissage (MEL), la conception de programmes et les r\u00e9unions - ses contributions \u00e0 l'espace FLN ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9terminantes pour faire progresser les \u00e9valuations de l'apprentissage, le plaidoyer et l'enseignement de rattrapage.<\/p><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><ol><li><p><strong>\u00c9valuations de l'apprentissage :<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Le PET a \u00e9t\u00e9 le fer de lance de la\u00a0<strong>LEARNigeria : une \u00e9valuation men\u00e9e par les citoyens<\/strong>qui a utilis\u00e9 un \u00e9chantillon massif de 49 000 apprenants pour mettre en lumi\u00e8re la dure r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de la pauvret\u00e9 \u00e9ducative au Nigeria.<\/li><li>L'\u00e9valuation a suscit\u00e9 une reconnaissance internationale, soulignant la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 urgente de combler les lacunes des enfants nig\u00e9rians en mati\u00e8re de lecture, d'\u00e9criture et de calcul.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><p><strong>Partenariats public-priv\u00e9 FLN :<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>En adoptant une approche de co-cr\u00e9ation, le TEP a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9veloppement durable.\u00a0<strong>prototype de coop\u00e9ration \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle avec le FLN<\/strong>Il s'agit d'un programme d'action qui r\u00e9unit les agences gouvernementales, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et les parties prenantes de la communaut\u00e9.<\/li><li>Ce mod\u00e8le a facilit\u00e9 la mise en place de programmes \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle nationale, cr\u00e9ant un pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent pour les efforts de collaboration visant \u00e0 rem\u00e9dier aux in\u00e9galit\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9ducation.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><p><strong>Initiatives en mati\u00e8re d'apprentissage correctif :<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>\u00c0 Kano, le programme de rem\u00e9diation du TEP a permis de r\u00e9duire de moiti\u00e9 la proportion de non-lecteurs et d'augmenter le nombre de lecteurs de niveau \u00e9l\u00e9mentaire de 32% \u00e0 Akwa-Ibom en seulement 25 jours.<\/li><li>Lors de la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19, le TEP a introduit le programme\u00a0<strong>Zo Mu Koya Tare (KOYA)<\/strong>\u00a0programme de rem\u00e9diation \u00e0 faible technicit\u00e9, s'appuyant sur les SMS pour guider les parents et les soignants.<ul><li><strong>R\u00e9sultats :<\/strong><ul><li>33,5% des apprenants ont progress\u00e9 d'au moins un niveau d'alphab\u00e9tisation.<\/li><li>35% des apprenants ont progress\u00e9 d'au moins un niveau en calcul.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><ul><li><strong>Influence mondiale :<\/strong>\u00a0LEARNigeria a \u00e9tabli un cadre solide pour les \u00e9valuations men\u00e9es par les citoyens et a suscit\u00e9 un dialogue mondial sur la pauvret\u00e9 \u00e9ducative.<\/li><li><strong>Des solutions innovantes :<\/strong>\u00a0Le programme KOYA a prouv\u00e9 que des interventions de faible technicit\u00e9, men\u00e9es par les parents, peuvent conduire \u00e0 des am\u00e9liorations significatives de la FLN, m\u00eame dans des contextes o\u00f9 les ressources sont limit\u00e9es.<\/li><li><strong>Gains rapides :<\/strong>\u00a0Les efforts de rem\u00e9diation du TEP ont donn\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats mesurables en un temps
