Lead For Ghana is a leadership development social enterprise that trains and deploys teachers, called Fellows, to transform education outcomes in underserved schools.

Recent Impact

• LFG recorded a 100% pass rate across all the partner basic schools (not just Savelugu district schools). 

• Placed 178 Fellows in low-income schools to improve literacy and numeracy outcomes.
