Quality Education Development Associates (QEDA) established in 2012 is a locally-led development organization focused on fostering successful systems solutions for sustainability and scaling in the education sector. QEDA is currently implementing the OANDO Foundation- LEARNOVATE Foundational Learning Improvement Programme (LEARNOVATE FLIP) in Nigeria.

Key Activities

• Our activities and expertise encompass Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN), Education Technology (EdTech), Youth Development, Teacher Education, the development of Teaching and Learning Materials (TLMs), out-of-school children programming, and education sector planning and reform.

Recent Impact

• Improving reading outcomes of Early Grade learners through, development of 33 titles of Igbo Supplementary Reading materials and establishment of 120 community reading hubs across 3 states in Nigeria, training of 290 teachers from 60 schools on the teaching of reading. And, promoted youth agency through hackathon on solution driven technology in literacy, waste management and food security with over 500 youth entries in Plateau State, Nigeria.
