TaRL Africa works to ensure that all children across the continent build foundational skills in literacy and numeracy. We enable governments and their partners to effectively implement and institutionalize TaRL Key Activities.

• Train teachers and education officials and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship.
• Strengthen government capacity through co-design, technical assistance, and policy engagement.
• Generate and use evidence to improve practice and inform scale.
